The Hood Loup is great! It has saved me a dozen times. If I'm outside shooting in daylight I have a hard time checking for closed eyes or bad smiles on the LCD. With the Hoodman I can see details I usually miss until i get home on my computer. This has saved me three re-shoots in the last year.
