Just loosen one lock to adjust the upper ball head and the lower tilt control at the same time. Tilts 90° to the front and back, while ball head gives another 180° of flexibility. Made of fiberglass reinforced nylon, very strong and sturdy, yet weighs only about 2 oz. and stands 3" tall. Standard 1/4" thread mounts on top and bottom.
