More than an extended warranty, a Mack Diamond Service Contract also protects your digital camera, camcorder or lens from real-world hazards not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For 3 years after purchase, Diamond Service will cover your equipment against accidental or unintentional abuse, damage from impact, sand or grit, mechanical malfunctions, and wear and tear. In addition, 2 free sensor cleanings and a free video head cleaning are included. If after 3 tries, Mack can't fix your equipment to proper working condition due to the same reason, they will replace it at no additional charge. Service contract must be purchased and registered within 30 days of equipment purchase. If you sell your equipment, the Diamond Service contract is transferable. Highly recommended.
