2. Please enclose: Your name and address, an explanation of the problems with equipment along with $25.00 for the estimate and shipping for each piece of equipment to be repaired. Payment can be a check, money order or charge card. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.) Please include the name and billing address of the cardholder along with the card number and expiration date.

3. Our repair facility will examine the equipment and send you an estimated cost of the repair. Please mark your decision to accept or decline the repair and return this form. If you accept, please include payment. If you decline, your equipment will be returned promptly at no additional cost in the same condition it was received.

4. Most repairs will take an average of 6 to 8 weeks to complete. Camera equipment repair requires highly skilled technicians and a lot of time to disassemble and reassemble the equipment, so it isn't cost effective to repair inexpensive equipment. Repairing water-damaged equipment usually exceeds the replacement cost. Most camera repairs will be $100 to $150. Most flash repairs will be approximately $75. This cost does not include the estimate and shipping fee.
